Hi, been separated about 3 years. Both living with new partners.
Please can you give me some advice on how to get a divorce. We have a house with tenants but he gets the rent for that (solely mortgages in his name but I paid mortgage for a few years and can prove that.) for now just want a divorce, clean split. Will deal with the house when we sell it whenever that is. What's the cheapest most simple way to do it?? Thanks in advance
