Deemed service? What will he get?

Ive been granted deemed service YAY.

Anyway what will he get? Courts said they sent him notification a few weeks ago, is it just the sheet I got saying service has been deemed or is there ane xplanation too?

I ask ask he is being NICE- which is unusual for him, and was expecting him to kick off!

I was granted deemed service a couple of weeks ago and applied for the Decree Nisi immediately (within the hour of receiving the email with deemed service etc!!!!). My STBExH still has no idea and it’s all just going ahead without him knowing. He will get notification when the Decree Nisi gets granted, that’s all.
Although he has emailed a few times saying he needs to speak to me and won’t do it via email so perhaps he HAS had notification... I spoke to the divorce unit last week when I receive loads of threats from him, because I thought they might be because he had just got notification of the deemed service and was angry - they were the same kind of threats I got when he received the divorce petition, so that’s why I thought it was over that again.
Anyway, nope. They told me they haven’t sent him anything so he knows nothing about the deemed service. He’s just an arsehole who likes to threaten his nearly ex wife and nearly ex stepson (3yrs old).
