Cheating ex wife who still sees the OM wants to discuss Xmas holidays presumably who our son will spend time with.

Our current rota that she created, means I have him over Xmas day.

AIBU to decline a change in the visitation timeline?

Our son is 4 yo.

I don’t think it would be UN but do you think it might be better to share the day with her on the understanding that you share each Christmas Day?

Is the Contact arrangement verbal or through the Court?
