Hi There I am a father of 2 children nearing adolescence 10 alsmost 11 and a 12 yr old SN child.
My daughter the younger child is the main subject here.
We are not getting on. I feel she is manipulating her mother into believing I am an unreasonable father but my ex (her mother) refuses to talk about it with me without mediation. In simple terms the issue is that we have gone to mediation before and started to get somewhere but as soon as there is any further disagreement or problem she cuts comms and invokes the word mediation again. It feels as though she is using mediation as a way to refuse to co-parent and control the conversation. Can anyone suggest an alternative to traditional lawyer style mediation or does anyone have any experience with the scenario I have given? I am open to any other suggestions also.
