When exh and I separated I took the family home on in my name (paying off a chunk of mortgage to do so) to enable him to buy elsewhere.
The plan is that once the dc leave home I will either sell or find money somehow to give him what he is due from the house.
Can we divorce now or do we have to wait until he has his money?
