Hi I am in a foreign country from my birth. I have chosen to come to the UK to pursue my PhD and make a better life for my child and I. However, since Trump has taken power my child has been taken away from me "because an American should be raised in America". If that isn't bad enough I left my husband because he beat me (even went to jail for it) and since I have left he has been found guilty of 4th degree child abuse against his two oldest children. Due to money restrains in the state they were briefly taken away while he went to anger management classes and have since been put back into his care. For my case I have provided on several occasion proof of physical, emotional and sexual abuse that is taking part in my partners home and the judge keeps dismissing evidence for one reason or another. Even evidence from cops/state troopers and forensic specialists. I need help. My child needs a solid good home with his mother. Please if you could advise on a lawyer/solicitor/organization/anything/anyone that could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
