Hi, really hope I can get some help here (without judgement). I’ve been with my husband for fifteen years and have a three year old. I haven’t been happy for about three years and have decided I want a divorce. I have so many issues I just don’t know where to start, but the main things that I’m feeling really down about is the following:

My son is very close to my husband and I fear it’s going to be incredibly difficult for him when he has to move away from his Dad and how he will cope

I started an affair with my ex boyfriend 3 months ago and whilst I don’t have any feelings for him and have no intention of bringing another man into my sons life, he makes me feel desired and alive, but he’s back and forth between the UK because of his job. We both said it was just physical but now he’s asked me to meet him abroad when things calm down with my divorce... I’m not sure how to take this?? If it’s just sex, would he be thinking of asking me to go away?
Please note my priority is my son and would never do anything that would forsake his happiness.
I’m scared of getting hurt as of course I’m emotionally vulnerable right now. Any help or advice please??
