Hi, looking for some advice.
I've applied for Legal Aid for divorce as I'm a victim of domestic abuse.
I've submitted all the evidence required, and solicitor thinks should go through without a problem.
Question I have is that will my other half see that I have legal aid under this merit or not? He still refuses to call it "abuse" and I know will go crazily angry 😡 if he saw it in writing. Worried for my safety if he knew.
I just desperately want to be free of him.
