Hi

Just a quick one, I was told that any MIAM form completed that's longer than 4mths is not valid and cannot be used for court proceedings? So therefore will have to attend mediation again before starting court proceedings. Is this true?

Thx

You can get the MIAM form from your first meeting and do not have to have mediation after that.
