So, one of my close friends is planning on separating from her partner. They have a joint mortgage (she's on the deeds), they have 2 children (1&4) one with autism (undiagnosed) but obvious.
She is in an abusive relationship and needs to escape. It's emotional not physical but soul destroying for her.
I've been through similar a few years ago. There are things I wish I had done differently and I'm trying to find the best way to help her through this.
She has nowhere to go so can't move out. I need to help sort an exit plan.
