Ex states on form E he knows nothing about his new partners financial situation.
They have a child together.
He (apparently) has bought a new house twice the price of the family home.
But he doesn't know anything.
We have been through FDR ( probably not the term but the first court stage financial hearing) and questionnaires. But he still stated he knows nothing.
How do I proceed? I don't want much. But his lying is annoying.
He works in banking,is so risk averse it's untrue. There is no way in hell he would do this unless....6 months after settlement. Suddenly back huge chunk of mortgage is paid off my the new partner...
