Getting pregnant when divorce hasn’t been finalised

I’m already divorced but DP isn’t. TBF he’s been waiting for his exW to initiate the process as she’s said she’ll do it We’ve started talking about having a baby but are there any real implications to have a baby when he’s still legally married to someone else? We live together, the council, electoral registry and the taxman knows it... And we do plan to get married as soon as his divorce is final.

Not really, no. Not your way round anyway.

If you were still married, your husband would be legally presumed to be the baby's dad until proven otherwise, or until you registered the birth with real dad on the bc, so there could be some legal stuff to sort if you died before registration, but that's about it.
