What's next?

In short, looks like 18year marriage (23yr relationship) is on its last legs. Aside from our children, I have no family and a few friends who, while helpful at times, have their own lives and families to focus on. I'm fearful of the overwhelming sense of loneliness that I feel at the throughly of it all collapsing.
