Me again.

Just trying to understand: why would someone file Form A when they haven't provided full financial disclosure?

Speaking on behalf of a (female) mate of mine, Form E exchanged, his was laughably minimal, questions were raised and now suddenly he is filing Form A. Any expert guidance / experience out there would be ace.

I have long since given up on trying to second guess the thought processes that go into whether and when people issue.

TBH if his form E was rubbish, It's probably the best way forward.

Thank you @MrsBertBibby - it just doesn't make sense that with HIS Form E being about as thin as a lolly pop stick, and a load of BS at that, that HE should be filing Form A.... Unless of course he's pleading poverty. Which really isn't the case (and will be easy to prove he really isn't on the breadline). It all seems like a very expensive way of going about things, if indeed there is no money....
