Hello,

Please can someone enlighten me on the process of getting a divorce in the UK under the 'unreasonable behaviour' reason?

Can a degree nisi be applied for before mediation to agree financial / childcare arrangements or must this be part of the application?

Once it has been sent, what is next / timescales?
