Brief background:
Ex left 3 years ago, 2 small children and jointly owned property. I’ve remained in the property and paid mortgage etc. I now want to sell and move however he’s not said yes or no!
House marketed and I have a buyer, ex taking 2.5 wks to think about offer.
I reckon this will be a trend and he will string the whole process out to the point I risk loosing the buyer.
So where do I stand? I can’t afford the mortgage anymore hence I need to sell but I can’t sell, as he’s standing in the way!
