Tell oh if I have appointed solicitor and my intentions re divorce, tell him when he will get a letter from solicitor, tell how I am paying for it, and things related to child matters.

If you want to ease the blow/potentially help it go more smoothly it might be a wise idea.

Told mine nothing. He failed to tell me about his affair and visits to escorts so I figured he would be fine with withholding info that was fuck all to do with him. What do you mean by child matters though?

RoseMartha · 27/03/2018 19:09

Hmmm. He knows I have been to solicitor . He was wanting to agree on child matters he hasn't received anything yet from my solicitor

The more you can agree between yourself s the more money you'll save

What do you mean by child matters? As lasts poster said more you can do together better for you both money wise and in eyes of judge. I only ever had prelim meeting with solicitor we did the rest by ourselves divorce and financial order. So much easier and looked on favourably too by judge. Depends how long you want it to take or what issues there are I guess
