Name & address changing at same time

I'm recently divorced and the family home is now sold, my son and I are living in a holiday let, and I complete sale on my new house in 2 weeks. I've changed my name by deedpoll, and now need to change name and address with bank etc, but I also need to set up new accounts in my new name with utilities, phone & broadband etc before I move in. Problem is when to do it and in what order? I need credit check to open talktalk account, bank account is still in married name, but I need the phone account to be in my new name! But then they won't match... and if I change name on bank account, will the credit check work anyway?!
I'm so confused as to what order to do it all in.
Also, I need proof that I'm using my new name to change name on passport (their eg. is a bill from the council) & Do I send passport to be changed first or driving licence ?!
Has anyone been through this and how did you manage? Thanks.
