Had a shit day here. It's H's birthday too, all still living in the same house. I want to just crawl under a rock, I'm feeling so defeated today. I've painted a smile on for the kids but it is so fucking hard. We all need to focus on the future and happier times.

Aforest well done for putting your brave face on. I have not managed that at all today but have kept it together of sorts.
Next year will be a better tear for all of us.
