form E delays

If we've had a date to exchanged form E by the court, and my solicitor has submitted mine, but my ex has still not submitted his 2 weeks later what, if anything, happens?

I'm going through this

First court hearing was in January, judge ordered him to provide his form E within 2 weeks - he hasn't done it.

My solicitor said:
. The next court date will be a Financial Dispute Resolution Hearing provided Bradley provides his Form E and we are satisfied with its contents. You will recall that the Order that was made at the First Directions Appointment allows each party to raise questions on the others Form E. We have obviously not been able to ask questions of Bradley’s Form E because we have not received it.

So, whatever that means!! It's such an expensive, emotional, ballache of a journey
