Seperated from husband due to his affair last week. I know it's early days but it is over he is being horrible and blaming everything on me
Me and the DS moved out of the family home into my parents STBXh said he wouldn't pay his half of mortgage if I stayed so I had to go.
We have said we don't want to go to court and he'd have DS on his two days off which change weekly as he's shift work...one week in and he can't do one of the days as he's busy ie going out drinking with his new friends
Should I just bite the bullet and got to a solicitor
