Unreasonable Behaviour

I am just in the process of putting together a divorce petition on the grounds of his unreasonable behaviour. I've heard conflicting stories about this but basically I want to know if all the unreasonable behaviour had to have taken place before I asked for a divorce or whether the courts would look at any other unreasonable behaviour since then.
Hope you can help 🤔

The behaviour has to be up to the date of the petition. If you later amend the petition, you can't include stuff from after the date of the original petition.

The date you told him you wanted a divorce is irrelevant.
