Me and my ex split up beginning of December
He was step dad to my 5 year old and dad to my 1 year old.
We split up because back in January he had an affair and found out she had his baby in September and he decided he didn't want anything to do with the baby.

I can't live with a "man" like that.

Since he has left he hasn't even seen my 5 year old (he was part of his life for 3 years)
And has barely seen his 1 year old son!
He visits Saturday and Sunday for an hour at each time and seems to think that is enough.

I have asked if he can have a 1 night stay with his son every other weekend, he has told me no because he has no space for him and had ice hockey and football's Saturday night and Sunday morning

We are constantly butting heads because he isn't prioritising his son over himself and I keep trying to get him to spend time with his son but he isn't!

He can for his body today and left after 20 minutes, I had to ask him to leave as he was raising his voice at me and it isn't good for a 1 year old to be around that.

He had threatened to take me to court.

I am just wondering what will happen, If he was to take me.

He hasn't paid any child support and won't pay me and because when we were together we paid the rent upfront so he says because he paid half he isn't going to pay child support.

I mean while am left on my own with a very upset 5 year old who says he's hates his step dad and doesn't want anything to do with him (fair enough he got dropped like a ton of bricks)
And a 1 year old that doesn't have a father figure unless it's convenient to him.

Will the court force him to have my 1 year old or just leave it as visitation in a mutual environment.

I'm sick of the stress of it!

Sorry for long post!
