Feeling numb and exhausted

Hi - I don't want to go into too many details but having a rough day and hoped to find some virtual support. Separating from STBx (I initiated) but progress is virtually non-existent. Feel like I'm wading through very upsetting treacle every day. Have lost virtually all my confidence and not knowing how long this journey is going to take is starting to do my head in. I know this will take time and not wanting to rush but any tips on what to do in the meantime will be appreciated.

OP I feel exactly the same. Just totally worn out with waiting for things to change (husband is still in the same house). I feel like I totally lack any power at the moment. I've no energy to change things until he goes but I just want to get on with my life ☹️

Me too! I'm in this position. Still living together and very anxious and apprehensive to actually move into 1st gear because I guess it's going into the unknown. Upsetting times ahead and I fear for me, the worst is yet to come (actually going through divorce processes) just keep telling yourself you'll get there. I try xxxx

Hugs for you all, I'm further ahead, he's gone, I'm divorced. He still uses the dc's as pawns they are struggling talk about him knowing how to hit a nerve. For that I hate him more. Good luck and virtual support here 💕
