Absolute and Consent order timings

Hello. Does the consent order come back at the same time as the Absolute?? Or do they come back from the courts independantly?

The consent order will come back from the Court. Once it's back the petitioner can apply for the absolute.

Thanks for the answers. I have applied for the Consent order at court yesterday. Once thats sorted and stamped I will send the absolute application form off.
Fingers crossed the Judge accepts what we have agreed to. Its not 50/50 more like 60/40 in my favour. There are no young children although I still have one son living with me. STBXW seems happy with the agreement and just wants to move on and be with her new fella.
