I've left my husband twice as he has mental health issues. Each time I have returned because I have two young children who beg to go home. They have no idea how ill their father is making mem. He refuses help and refuses to leave. I can't afford to pay my half of the joint mortgage and go rent somewhere else. Can I just signed the house over to him without his consent so I can stop paying if he refuses to leave?
