Hello I need some advice i have been with my husband for 20 years and got 2 kids 17 and 13 years old . We had our ups and down regarding his outings too much without me all the times he will stop for a while and things used to go back to normal .6 months ago I present him with the divorce papers because I had enough not him spending time with me and kids more colleagues and friends and almost everyday he begs me not to send papers he still love me he will change all the blabla....I said ok i wont unless you change his behaviours. He never change still going out everyday I stop talking to him its getting the point he goes to work on Friday and comes back on sunday I am fed up and want to send the papers . We have a mortgage together and I cant afford to move out and he does not want to move out .I cant afford solicitors fees and was going to do it myself regarding the assets is house , he need to support his kids any pension involved ? I don't want war I would like to do it peacefully . If he does not agree what the next steps ?
