Exh and I have a court child arrangements order which is very clear in stating dates times etc.
(Background: I divorced him due to DV)

He wants his weekend off in January (to go on an all inclusive 2 week holiday but only earns £5k a year!) which I apparently have no choice in covering according to him. He is a nasty bully (his way or no way). I wasn’t consulted just told, I’m also away that weekend does his needs trump mine as I’m parent with care?

Surely it’s a breach of care in his part?

If I drop the children to his family on that weekend would there be repurcussions for me?

Has anyone had any experience of this please?

Unfortunately a court order can't force him to be a parent. .. Document everything and if he keeps dropping seeing the dc you can apply to have the order scrapped due to his lack of commitment - which is detrimental to dc.
