Can I change solicitors?

Have applied for decree nisi through one solicitor firm once that comes through I need to sort finances- very simple as we rent and have no joint assets.
I am now eligible for legal aid though and am using a different solicitors for sorting out the arrangements for our kids using legal aid
Can I do the financial order through these new solicitors and just get the other ones to apply for the absolute when it’s done or do I have to stick with the divorce solicitor for the whole process?

Hope that makes sense

The new solicitor will need to go on the court record, so they will need to apply for DA, rather than the old lot.

It's really not complicated, just leave them to deal with everything.
