Financial Consent order

Hi

I have recently divorced and have my absolute, I have also agreed financial matters and my ex wife has agreed to buy me out of the family house, this has been approved in a financial court order by a judge which was approved on 12th Sept my question is how long does my wife have to provide me with my settlement?

Thanks in advance

What time scale was set on it?my DH and his ex divorce and he had 30 days to make the settlement.

This was outlined in the consent order

Hi thanks for helping, I've had a look and the wording says - "the respondent shall transfer to the applicant all his legal estate and beneficial interest in the family home within 56 days of the date of this order(12/09/17), provided that he is simultaneously released from his convenanta under the mortgage.

Lump sum order - simultaneous with the transfer referred to at the above paragraph above the applicant shall pay a lump sum of ££££ to the respondnant.

Does that mean I should have my settlement within 57 days from the 12th Sept? If so what date would that be?
