Been separated for over 5 years and wish to divorce now with the 5 year separation as reason.
Can I divorce without finances being discussed again?
Stbexh doesn't see the children (primary age) through his own choice. Pays only basic CM since I contacted CSA.
Have no shared debts/savings. Neither has a decent pension.
However there is the house which he had said we could keep (although likely to change his mind as he had mentioned wanting a pay off). Believe we can stay as is, in the house until children are 18? Then he can force the sale, divorce or not?
