Just wondering, the consent order is with the court at the moment, it doesn't say when child maintenance should start being paid - should it be from when it's sealed, when the decree absolute comes through, or when I move out of the marital home with the children (hopefully I will move out before the consent order is sealed and the decree absolute comes through).
Does anyone know?
