Hi All,
Not sure if i've posted in right place nevertheless i am really worried about a ongoing court case for my girls.
The judge has advised an independent solicitor would come to my house and ex partners and speak o my 2 daughters. (live in Scotland)
I am wondering if anyone has experienced this and what kind of questions do they ask? what do they take into consideration?
Any advice would be great thank you.
