As part of divorce, I have completed the SEV form for the land registry and both of us have signed to move from joint tenants to tenants in common.
I've just looked up the address for land registry and it says to include the trust deed? I'm completely confused - I can't work out what this is and am I supposed to have one?
Apologies for the stupid question, have spent the day finalising the financials successfully and I'm a bit wrung out.
