Child maintenance whilst separated in same house

Can anyone share whether their soon to be ex pays/paid CSA levels of child maintenance whilst remaining in the same house? The divorce is underway, you may recognize me from previous thread as he moved back in, he wants to negotiate "sharing care" to cut down his payment whilst simultaneously not telling anyone when he has plans to go to work, out etc. His shift pattern can start at 5am and finish at 11pm so he's not in a position to do any childcare around a school day. I wonder if he thinks he's just going to do what he did when we were together, waft in and out vaguely.
My intention is to continue stating I am the primary carer, and expect him to book times with the children in advance.

Anyone? He's clearly trying to reinstate a relationship, although I'm convinced enough we're over.

I think it really depends on what your set up was prior to separating. For us STBXH continued to pay the mortgage and bills as they were all in his name. I then had income from joint property, working tax, child tax benefits which covered our food, fuel, clothing, childcare costs. It will be hard to insist on full maintenance whilst living under the same roof as certain costs will be shared.
