I am about to submit Form E. What happens next?

Do I get to see STBXH form E? Do i get to see the 12mths of bank statements and him mine?

Then any questions need asking are passed between your'e solicitors ready for the first hearing. So if there is anything you need to ask about his form e you need to ask, you need to put it to your solicitor so it can be addressed, e.g missing bank accounts, missing pensions, not declared stuff.
Your solicitor should have told you all this ?

No. She hasn't given me anything. I submitted my form e today. Am all abit shell shocked at the speed this is happening as we only separated in June

You need to go through his form E very carefully looking at every figure and its breakdown. Query anything that does not look right. Write down these queries and give them to your lawyer who will raise them. Be prepared to have your number 'attacked' by him - so be truthful - no lies = no weakness. But be generous with your expenses to your children. Think back. FInd all old paperwork left behind. Your spending should now all be in cash.
