Hi , bit of a lurker( sounds rude! )
Have received exh Form E for first hearing, bit of history, 24 years together , years of domestic violence abuse of all kinds, assault, you catch my drift .
Has anyone else been lied about, so shocked, dismayed and completely crippled with horror....
Has taken my life back to square 1, 4 years to get to this point and this exh is getting his control back of me yet again when I thought I had broke free, anyone else in the same situation ?

Not sure what you are asking?

Has he lied on his Form E? Lying about you?

One thing I have learned from my own limited experience so far and reading dozens of posts on here is that no he is not going to get away with it! You are in the right and this will undoubtedly be proven. Keep asking for proof via your solicitor and if you can, employ a forensic accountant it will be worth it if there is a substantial sum involved. . Hope I haven't got the wrong end of the stick good luck opFlowers

You are still in the hard bit - wait till you get to court, mine told bare faced lies directly to each judge we saw.

But you will get through it, there will be an end x
