Ex Husband infuriates me!

I've been divorced for 6 years and have 2 children under the age of 14. I am now happily remarried, and in a much better place. My ex husband has tried to create so much stress for me, but as the years go by I become more immune to it. (He emotionally abused me for a very long time) My children arrived home from their last visit and he told me, as he had already announced this to my kids, that he was planning to try for a baby with his partner. I then had to explain to my children not to get too excited as the younger one was bouncing off the walls. My younger child has now become very emotional and had a cross outburst towards me. I think I've managed to help him understand his feelings but any advice?
