I told him today I want a separation he's has agreed to move upstairs for now where do I go from here there are kids involved

Do you want a temporary separation or a divorce?

Can't see me ever wanting him back probably separate eventually divorce I don't know If we can sell house we would have around 300 grand after clearing mortgage then can i claim anything cos I will obviously have the kids most of the time. I'm in Ireland.
