How long for absolute?

Finances are sorted, more than 6 weeks and a day since Nisi, so I'll be putting in the form for the absolute on Monday.
Does anyone know how long it's taking at the moment from when the form gets handed in to when the absolute is granted?

Bumping. I want to know this too. Are you in England?

Bury did one of mine in a matter of days just recently.

I was told u can get this same day from your court if you phone them 6 weeks and 1 day past. Better check that

Good to know about possibly being able to get it done at the local court. I don't have much faith in Bury as they lost my paperwork and dragged their feet so much.

Mine was applied for and received back within a week.

I went to court at 6 weeks and 1 day with no appointment and they did it while I waited in 20 minutes.

Think I'll give my local court a call on Monday. Thanks for all the replies.
