Hand hold please

Please can I have some support. I hat to ring the police on my ex dp last night, he grabbed me punched me and harassed me for 4 hours before I got the courage to ring the police. He kicked my gate off and tried to smash my doors and windows. He was arrested. I have 2 dc 8 & 2. Has anybody been in this situation I feel ill with all the stress.

I called the police on my exh 2 years ago after he punched me (not the first time) but I refused to do anything. Please don't make that mistake- I have since reported him and he's been questioned about various offences but the police have been brilliant

Thanks he's been back today, so called police again. I need to see this through now. Can't live like this.

Call Women's Aid and get some support if you haven't already. So sorry this is happening to you
