I am divorcing STBXH on grounds of 2 year separation - the date will be 25th June.
Everything is agreed and so we will be going ahead through on online divorce company for divorce and consent order. I'm keen to get it all done as soon as possible now. How long does the paperwork usually take and could I reasonably start the ball rolling now ready for it all to be submitted to court for the 25th June?
