I am seriously considering leaving my partner of 5 years and father to our 2.5 year old son. We have the 'ideal' life. But he is not the ideal guy. He let's me down ALOT in many ways. But he is a great father. Anyway I'm so lost as where to go with this. We have a house but it is in his name, so I lose out on that respect. Will the council help me? What do I do? I have no idea. Also, my son adores his dad and the thought of destroying his world kills me every time I think about it. Im looking for some advice on how to deal with it all especially for my sons sake. Thanks.
