We had the final hearing but I need to go back to court by way of D11 application under the liberty to apply and D11 application can only be made to court after being granted Decree Nisi and before applying Decree Absolute.
Once the Decree Absolute granted D11 application can not be made to court.
Is this true?
The other side is pushing for Decree absolute for Pension sharing but I don't want to loose out on the application.
