Protecting me & DC without divorce?

Is there any legal way of protecting me and DC without actually divorcing?
He's agreed a maintenance amount and has agreed to let me keep the equity in the house if and when I came to sell. There are debts but I can manage them as I am so that would be the compromise.
I'm not ready to divorce him but is there any way of protecting our agreement in the meantime? X

I'm think the same so following this thread. Separation agreement?

It's ok, yesterday after 12 weeks of guilt and devastation, I've found proof of an affair. Divorce it is then. X

I knew it all the long. But had no solid proof. Oh well. There's a whole other thread on this over on relationships. It's sad really but his loss ultimately. Trust your gut ladies. It's very rarely wrong. X
