Hi just after advice on how to fill in form a. Solicitor and mediator my dp has seen/telephoned have said because there is nothing to split mediation is not necessary. Ex wife won't sign clean break even though she also agrees nothing to split. So have to go to court. Solicitor says to submit form a. But it says about mediator and no option for his situation. Anyone else had any experience of submitting it on their own and in similar situation? Thanks
