Wording on Decree Absolute

Just wondering what the wording is on the document. I'm divorcing for adultery and on all of the documents it states 'co-respondent - unknown' (as I did not give her name). So I'm guessing that will be on the decree absolute too? (and therefore make it clear that the divorce was due to his adultery)

And will I need to show this if I want to officially change my name?

I don't know about the decree absolute, but I changed my name immediately on separation by deed poll, it cost me £20 online and I went back to my original name. I didn't need to show anything to do that.

Yes you have to show it to change your name and I just think it will say you are divorced
