Occupation order, how long will it take?

Taken advice from women's aid, with regards to getting ex to move out. I'm just wondering how long the process takes, if anyone has any information? Thanks.

It varies wildly, depending on your case, what your ex does, the court's diary....

My non-mol order was heard very quickly.

If there is an urgent need then it will be heard very quickly.

Thanks. I've spoken to my local women's aid office today and was told they have 28 days to leave the property.
