I finally separated from my emotionally abusive ex almost a year ago. We finally have a court date re contact on 14 December. I want to move 9 miles away to live near my sister. Only problem is, for me to work full time my 5 year old D S will have to move schools near to there. My ex, naturally opposes it and has been manipulating my D S so that he is now terrified of moving. Tonight my DS v distressed having come back from his father's house where he was told if he moves his Dad won't see him any more. I am so angry with my ex for doing this to my son. Is there nothing I can do about it? It's a complete lie. He will have exactly same contact arrangements either way.
