My stbx and I have got as far as decree nisi. We are still living in the same house. We have attended mediation and have spoken to solicitors. There are a couple of things he needs to do; speak to his solicitor again, and get another valuation on the house (his wish). I am up to date with all my stuff, but he is stalling and burying his head in the sand. It's been 6 weeks since mediation, when it was agreed what we needed to do, and he's done nothing. He says he hasn't had time, and now he is going to go to Citizen's Advice! How do I get this moving? He will be the one who leaves the family home and he can't be arsed.
